Our athlete Vladimir Litvintsev, participating in the World Figure Skating Championships, completed his last performance in free skating program on March 26.
As a result of his performance our representative scored 233.62 points and took 16th place. In the previous short program our athlete took 14th place.
Azerbaijan was represented by four skaters - Vladimir Litvintsev, Ekaterina Ryabova, Ekaterina Kuznetsova and Alexander Kolosovsky - at the World Figure Skating Championships which started on March 21.
Ekaterina Ryabova took 9th place in the short program and 11th in the free program. She finished 9th overall, as a result of total points earned.
Other representatives Alexander Kolosovsky and Ekaterina Kuznetsova did not advance to the next stage due to lack of points.
The World Figure Skating Championships will end on March 27.
